We are a C of E parish church serving a wide community on the south side of Gloucester city. The church building itself is impressive, and with its size, position on the main A38, and a floodlit cross is well known to the many people who drive past. The church is always open during the day as a place of quietness and prayer for any who wish to visit. Our priority, as I hope you will find as you visit this site, is to speak of the peace and hope that the Christian faith offers in today’s world. We love to welcome people to our worship and to the many activities of our church life. We come from mixed backgrounds and every generation, and we all have different experiences and expressions of our Christian faith.
We call ourselves a “church family” because we know that each of us is loved by God. Please enjoy exploring the site, and we hope to meet you in person!
Faith in Conservation
A new free course, led by Ian Todd, starting on 4th October in church and running for 6 weeks. Each session introduces a scientific topic relating to the natural world and considers how an understanding of our environment enables us to see how God works in the world. There are plenty of opportunities for discussion after each talk. For more information and to reserve a place email Ian on firstname.lastname@example.org.
